Well, this is my second Gundam that I have worked on. My first painted.

I went with a lighter, more traditional Gundam blue, vs. the dark blue that you usually see in the Mk. II. I just liked it better for this one. Also made a custom
base for him.

More pics shortly. I apologize for the lack of them, but my camera ran out of batteries right after this was taken.

I like it!  Nice and clean looking.  Is any of it besides the blue painted, though?  It's hard to tell from the pic.

Thanks man. Yep, all of it is painted, including the internals. Posting more pics now.

I dig it, very clean and simple. Nice use of black panel lines even though Foo wouldn't approve :shifty: I think you did just the right amount, not to dark. Nice, clean decals too.

Only gripe... less fake snow on model, more snow on the shrubbery... Ni

It's sand though, not snow. Which is why I didn't put it on the greens, and only on the feet.

I would like to see different poses... that pose doesn't feel quite right.  Also, I dig the MKII shield I wish you'd put it on so he can hide behind it and flash the sword.

Overall, clean and efficient work.  But honstly I can't claim I like it, I think the MKII ver 2.0 deserves some weathering as it really brings out the MKII's manhy details.

Oh, then it definately shouldnt be on the feet. If you think about it in full scale what you have is hand sized rocks stuck about ten feet high or so all over its feet.

I like the pose, looks like he's taunting an opponent. Ready to strike, kinda
