I don't know, I think it needs something else... Legs! Yeah thats the ticket :P

I'm kidding. This is a wonderful KV. The tracks are my favorite part, and the driver has this "where the hell am I" look about him. Great dio. Reminds me of an old photograph.
"Don't tell me. You're from outer space."
"No, I'm from Iowa. I only work in outer space."

Thank you, but I can't call it a "diorama"; it is joust a base with some grass and a scratchbuild birch with a big photo (a Croatian landscape) as a background  :embarrased:

That's great, and the tree looks perfect for the scale.
I wonder about the guy that can sit through a David Lynch movie and say, "I saw that coming."

Francesco, it's lovely as always.  So many strong points to it.

I can't wait to see your A-grav bug!

Nicely done!

Love the way u did the metallised tracks :)

The two tone chips and rust goes well together as well.

Since now you did the KV-1, its TIME for KV-2!!!  :pirate: :pirate:

About painting tracks:
Humbrol Matt 173 Track Colour (a grey-chocolate brown), wash with Tamiya thinner and MIG Europe Dust and let dry
Remove the excess with a stiff brush
Add metallic sheen with a soft pencil

Very nice as usual FB. Would love to see how you did the tree and better images of it. I Love birch!

For tree trunk I used a straight root
For branches I used zeechium
Merge trunk with branches using Apoxie Sculpt
Airbrush an off-white: Tamiya Flat White plus a bit of Buff
Using spray glue add Noch Flocks like snow. You can remove flocks from trunk with a brush and some thinner
Airbrush a light green on foliage to imitate sun light
Add a dark brown-black wash to the trunk
Add some touches of pure white to the trunk to simulate light thought foliage
