Here is my Akatsuki Gundam.  I finished it right before summer so around May.

I did not use any paint, just flat and gloss coats.  I gave it a nice brushed gold look by barely misting the gold with about 8 coats of Mr. Gloss Topcoat, got a very desirable effect, but for this little model took a whole can off it (a bit wasteful.)  Edged and put decals on.  Enamel paint for the eyes.  Hope everyone enjoys, constructive criticism welcome.

Good showing of the bushing effect.

looks good... for a kit with the least amount of paint job required...  ;)
nice work on the very minute panel lines...
simple yet satisfying~  ^_^

Thanks, the Akatsuki is one of my favroite mobile suits from seed.  For a HG it was very expensive... so im glad it turned out pretty good.  Though they don't make HG like they used to (almost like an early master grade, if not better in some respects.)
